💳 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Fee / Advance: All bookings require a non-refundable advance payment to confirm the date.
Cancellation by KB Studio Productions: In rare cases (e.g., emergencies), we will either:
- Arrange an equally skilled replacement team, or
- Offer a full refund of payments received (excluding completed services).
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 15 working days.

Terms & Conditions – KB Studio Productions

Ownership of Work
All photos, videos, reels, raw footage, edited deliverables, behind-the-scenes content, and any other material created during assignments with KB Studio Productions are the exclusive intellectual property of KB Studio Productions.
Usage Rights
Associates, employees, or freelancers are not permitted to use, share, post, or distribute any content created under KB Studio Productions for personal or professional purposes without written approval from the company.
No Employment Rights
Unless stated in a formal agreement, association with KB Studio Productions does not imply permanent employment status. Freelancers or temporary associates cannot present themselves as employees of the company.
Confidentiality
All client data, project details, deliverables, and behind-the-scenes material must remain confidential. Unauthorized disclosure or posting of such material is strictly prohibited.
Consequences of Violation
