Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Agreement:
By engaging with KB Studio Productions, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the services, payment schedules, deliverables, and responsibilities between KB Studio Productions and the client. The agreement is binding once confirmed by both parties.
2. Booking Confirmation:
Bookings will only be considered confirmed once the client makes the required advance payment, as outlined in the payment schedule below. If the advance is not received within 3 days of the booking date, the booking will be automatically canceled.
3. Payment Terms:
Our payment structure for services is as follows:
For Packages Above ₹1 Lakh:
• 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
• 50% payment is due before the first event date or the commencement of services.
• 10% payment is due before the delivery of raw data (e.g., unedited footage, images).
• 10% payment is due before the final deliverables are handed over to the client.
For Packages Below ₹1 Lakh:
• 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
• 50% payment is due before the delivery of final deliverables.
4. Intellectual Property Rights:
All images, videos, and other creative content created by KB Studio Productions remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a personal usage license, which allows for private use of the content. Reproduction or commercial use requires explicit permission from KB Studio Productions. If clients wish to acquire the full ownership of any media, special arrangements must be made in writing.
5. Delivery Timeline:
The estimated delivery timelines for all photographs, videos, and other deliverables will be provided at the time of booking. These timelines may vary depending on the project’s size and complexity. However, we strive to ensure that all deliverables are completed and delivered on time.
6. Project Revisions:
Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions on edited videos or photographs. Any additional revisions after the second round may incur extra charges, which will be communicated beforehand.
Privacy Policy
At KB Studio Productions, we respect and prioritise your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect, how it is used, and how we protect it.

• Delivering photographs, videos, and other media

We may share your information with trusted partners or vendors (such as printing services or delivery companies) to fulfil the services, but only to the extent necessary for completing the project. These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and payment information. However, no data transmission method over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data but strive to maintain its confidentiality and integrity.
5. Marketing and Promotional Communications:
With your consent, we may send promotional emails, newsletters, or updates regarding new services. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the emails.
6. Content Usage for Marketing:
We may use selected photos or videos from your event for our marketing purposes, such as on our website or social media platforms. If you wish to exclude your content from being used, please notify us in writing before the event or as soon as possible after.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Please read the following refund guidelines carefully:
1. Advance Payments:
All payments are non-refundable. This includes any payments made to confirm bookings, cover initial costs, or reserve equipment and staff.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee:
We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please inform us immediately.
3. Damage or Loss:
In the rare case that any products or deliverables (such as albums, frames, or digital files) are damaged or lost during transit, we will replace the items subject to verification of the issue.
4. Custom Products (Albums, Frames):
Refunds are not applicable to custom-made items like frames, albums, or edited videos unless the item has defects caused by KB Studio Productions.
